Tribute to Malaysia Vasudevan

This is my tribute to Malaysia Vasudevan on his 75th birthday. This was really fun to make with the @growing_talents community.

@shruthianandmusic produced the backing music.

This song is called Kovil Mani Osai from the film Kizhakke Pogum Rail. This was released in 1978.

This is a duet song by Malaysia Vasudevan and S. Janaki.

Unlike my other videos, I recorded the audio first using my earphones and then afterwards, I acted and lip-synced.

Gaana Mazhai - கானமழை - Tribute to The Flute Guy, Praveen Prathapan

Happy 25th Birthday to Praveen! This video is my tribute to Praveen, also known as The Flute Guy as he has inspired many of us to be brave and come forward with our ideas to show to the world.

I picked this song as it is in praise of the flute music by the Hindu deity Lord Krishna. Just like Krishna, Praveen also plays the flute to calm the soul. His flute for mental health sessions are to be noted both for the effectiveness of the musical therapy offered and the precision with which he renders the ragas.

I could say so much about how awesome he is however you will never really understand unless you check his content.

This is sung to worshipping the goddess of wisdom known as Saraswathi or Kalaivani.

This Saraswathi Kaapu is a composition of Kavichakravarthi Kambar which was originally set to Sahana Ragam.
